Limitations

The following are the limitations of the IONOS CLOUD Private Container Registry:

• Platform-managed encryption: You cannot provide your own encryption keys (Trust-No-One) for data at rest; all keys are managed automatically by the Private Container Registry platform.
• Repository access permissions: It is impossible to grant repository access permissions to push, pull, or delete from a specific repository.
• Mandatory authentication: Valid authentication and authorization are always required. Private Container Registries cannot be configured for unauthenticated access, and unauthenticated users cannot access Private Container Registry contents.
