On successful registration of the domain name, you can now assign more users with the privilege to manage primary zones and records via the API. By default, only contract owners and administrators have permission to use the Cloud DNS API.

Prerequisite: To start using the Cloud DNS API, you need a domain name. If you do not have one already, get a domain name and register it with a domain registrar.
