# Quick Start

After creating a monitoring pipeline via the [<mark style="color:blue;">DCD</mark>](/cloud/observability/monitoring-service/dcd-how-tos/create-monitoring-pipeline.md) or the [<mark style="color:blue;">REST API</mark>](/cloud/observability/monitoring-service/api-how-tos.md), complete the monitoring pipeline configuration process using the following:
