IONOS CLOUD Partner Program

The IONOS CLOUD partner program documentation guides partners through registration, profile setup, user management, and working with customers, sales projects, and the Marketplace.

Overview

The IONOS CLOUD Partner Portal is the central workspace where partners manage their business relationship with IONOS CLOUD. It supports collaboration with a dedicated Partner Account Manager and provides tools to manage customers, track sales opportunities, plan marketing activities, and publish Marketplace listings.

Partners join through one of three programs, each tailored to a different business type:

  • Channel Partner Program: For distributors, resellers, and managed service providers growing their cloud business.

  • Consulting Partner Program: For partners delivering tailored Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Software as a Service (SaaS) customer projects.

  • ISV Partner Program: For independent software vendors offering SaaS or Bring Your Own License (BYOL) solutions.

After registration, partners complete their company profile and can also publish their profile on the Partner Network as well as publish products on the Marketplace. ISV Partners can also list products on the Marketplace. Ongoing work in the Partner Portal includes managing customer records, submitting sales and reference projects, requesting Market Development Funds (MDF), collecting customer reviews, and accessing marketing assets through the Content Hub, and much more.
