# Activate User

Users in Partner Programmes have the option to create additional users in their Partner Portal. Users refer to the account owner of the <code class="expression">space.vars.ionos\_cloud</code> account.

**Prerequisite:** The partner has created the user, and the user has received the email with the verification link.

## Complete activation as a user

The newly created users can complete the activation process by following these steps:

1\. In the email you receive, click on the verification link.

2\. Click **Click here** to continue.

3\. Enter a password and confirm it.
