Activate User
Users in Partner Programmes have the option to create additional users in their Partner Portal. Users refer to the account owner of the IONOS CLOUD account.
Prerequisite: The partner has created the user, and the user has received the email with the verification link.
Complete activation as a user
The newly created users can complete the activation process by following these steps:
1. In the email you receive, click on the verification link.
2. Click Click here to continue.
3. Enter a password and confirm it.
4. Click Back to the application. The Partner Portal redirects you to the user login. For more information, see User Login.
Result: The activation of the user is successfully completed.
