Partner Registration
The registration process for an IONOS CLOUD Partner Program depends on your IONOS CLOUD account status. Three scenarios apply:
Full IONOS CLOUD account
IONOS CLOUD Trial account
No IONOS CLOUD account
The following table describes each account type:

Full account
Account with verified payment details.
Trial account
Initial registration with a verified email, but the account lacks verified payment details.
No account
No prior registration with the given email.
To register for a Partner Program, go to the program's landing page and click Register now. The landing page link varies by Market, as shown in the following table.

Full IONOS CLOUD Account
Full IONOS CLOUD Account
If you have a Full IONOS CLOUD account, complete these steps to register for a Partner Program:
On the registration page, click Sign in at the bottom of the form.
Sign in to an existing cloud account Enter your IONOS CLOUD credentials which is the same credentials as your Data Center Designer (DCD) account and log in through the Partner Program Signup, also known as Partner SignUp Manager (PSM). For more information, see Log in to the Data Center Designer.

3. After the DCD login, click Continue to begin your program registration.
4. IONOS CLOUD confirms the creation of your Partner Portal and sends a separate Welcome email.
5. To use the Partner Portal, complete the setup wizard by entering your company details. These details appear to potential customers when you publish products on the IONOS CLOUD Marketplace (Marketplace) or publish your profile on the IONOS CLOUD Partner Network (Partner Network).
6. After entering the required details, click Complete registration. This sends a verification request to your Partner Account Manager (PAM)
Result: After the PAM verifies your request, you receive a confirmation email and gain full access to the Partner Portal.

IONOS CLOUD Trial Account
If you have an IONOS CLOUD Trial account, follow these steps to become an IONOS CLOUD partner:
On the registration page, click Sign in at the bottom of the form.
Sign in to an existing cloud account Enter your IONOS CLOUD credentials which is the same credentials as your Data Center Designer (DCD) account and log in through the Partner Program Signup, also known as Partner SignUp Manager (PSM). For more information, see Log in to the Data Center Designer.

3. The PSM redirects you to the Partner Program registration page. To proceed with the registration, you need a Full IONOS CLOUD account.
4. To get a full IONOS CLOUD account, enter your payment details.
Important: Partner Programs are free. IONOS CLOUD requires your payment details to:
Prevent fraudulent partners.
Book any cloud resources you need for your end customers.
5. After you add your payment details, the DCD opens and displays the current status. Once IONOS CLOUD verifies your details, you receive a confirmation email.
6. After you receive the confirmation email, return to the dedicated registration page and sign in:

7. To use the Partner Portal, complete the setup wizard by entering your company details. These details appear to potential customers when you publish products on the Marketplace or publish your profile on the Partner Network.
8. After entering the required details, click Complete registration. It sends a verification request to your PAM.
Result: After the PAM verifies your request, you receive a confirmation email and gain full access to the Partner Portal.
No IONOS CLOUD account
No IONOS CLOUD Account
1. Go to the registration page and enter your details in the Sign-up form to create your IONOS CLOUD account:

2. After you complete the form, IONOS CLOUD sends a verification email.
3. To get a full IONOS CLOUD account, enter your payment details.
Important: Partner Programs are free. IONOS CLOUD requires your payment details to:
Prevent fraudulent partners.
Book any cloud resources you need for your end customers.
4. After you add your payment details, the DCD opens and displays the current status. Once IONOS CLOUD verifies your details, you receive a confirmation email.
5. You will also receive a Partner Portal welcome email. Please click on "Open Partner Portal" to be redirected towards the PSM. Enter your details in the PSM and your partner portal will open immediately.
6. To use the Partner Portal, complete the setup wizard by entering your company details. These details appear to potential customers when you publish products on the Marketplace or publish your profile on the Partner Network.
7. After entering the required details, click Complete registration. This sends a verification request to your PAM.
Result: After the PAM verifies your request, you receive a confirmation email and gain full access to the Partner Portal.
