Market Development Funds

Through your Partner Portal, you can request Market Development Funds (MDFs) for your marketing campaigns for IONOS CLOUD.

Important: MDF can be requested in the context of a campaign, and a campaign can only be set up once a budget has been allocated to you. If no budget has been allocated to you, please contact your Partner Account Manager (PAM).

Add a campaign and request MDF

1. Log in to the Partner Portal with your credentials.

2. In the left-hand navigation, click Projects & Sales > MDF.

3. Provide the necessary details regarding the campaign in the Campaign Details section.

4. In the Campaign Data section, enter the absolute or estimated total costs of the activity

5. In the Campaign Performance section, enter the expected conversion rates.

6. Review and send your campaign request after entering all the required details.

Result: The campaign request is submitted. IONOS CLOUD will review your campaign request.

Check status of submitted campaigns

You can access your submitted campaigns and check the current status of your request.

Status	Description
Review	The request is still being processed.
Approved	The request is approved and you can begin the campaign.
Performance Review	The campaign has ended. Share relevant campaign documents and the actual campaign performance numbers.
Closed	The review is complete.

Once your job number has been added to the Partner Portal, you will receive an email containing the information required to submit your invoice.

Submit your invoice using the details provided. After verification, the invoice payment is initiated.
