# Reviews

By receiving reviews from your customers, you can further enhance your entry in the Partner Network. This article explains how to request a review and manage existing ones.

## Conditions for reviews

A review can only be submitted if clients have received an individual review link.

The following categories are assessed as part of a customer review:

* Cooperation
* Quality of service
* Schedule
* Budget

Customers can also provide further feedback using a free text field. The ratings you receive are displayed on your profile in the Partner Network and can help prospects better assess you and your skills.

## Request reviews

A customer review is always linked to a customer entry. A customer must be created before you can request a review.

To request a review from your customers:

1\. Log in to the Partner Portal with your credentials.

2\. Click **My Company** > **Reviews** > **Request review** in the left-hand navigation.

3\. Select a customer from the list.

4\. Click **Continue**.

5\. Decide whether you want to request the assessment for a specific project or for your company.

6\. Click **Next**.

7\. Send the review request by email to the selected customer.

8\. *(Optional)* Create and copy a link that takes your customers directly to a personal review page. You can then send the link through a communication medium of your choice.
