Prerequisite: The user account must be linked with IAM Federation.

Initiate DCD Login
1. Open a web browser and navigate to https://dcd.ionos.com.
2. Enter your user account Email Address associated with your organization IDP. 3. Click Next.

Authentication Options
The user can choose from the following options:
Option 1: Continue to Log in to the DCD using your IONOS Cloud Credentials
Enter the Password associated with the IONOS Cloud account.
Click Sign In.
Result: The user is successfully logged in to the DCD using their IONOS Cloud credentials.
Info: The step Complete Sign In is unnecessary because you are already logged in to the DCD.

Option 2: Log in to the DCD Using your Organization Credentials
Prerequisite: The organization must have successfully requested domain ownership and onboarded their IDP. For more information, see Configure IAM Federation.
Select the option Sign in with a linked account. In this case, the user is redirected to the organization IDP page to complete the user authentication. Continue with the next step.

Complete Sign In
Enter your organization login credentials, such as Email, Password, and Sign In.
Sign in using organization credentials
Result: The user is succesfully logged in to the DCD using their credentials linked with the organization IDP.
