# CDN

IONOS Cloud Content Delivery Network (CDN) provides data sovereignty and security by using a growing network of high-performance Points of Presence (PoPs) across major global regions. Use the CDN to deliver web content and applications with high availability and performance. The service includes security features, such as Layer 7 Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) protection and a Web Application Firewall (WAF), to provide a secure content delivery solution.

The architecture delivers low-latency content and ensures regional data control. It utilizes edge locations in key European markets, including Germany (Berlin, Frankfurt), Spain, the United Kingdom, and the United States (US east and US mid regions).
